Hi, I'm Sarah

Thanks for being here

An eye injury changed the course of my life — but maybe not in the way you’d expect

For a long time, I buried myself in work to avoid dealing with what had happened. Eventually, that made me question what I wanted my life to look like and exactly how I was going to achieve that

If you've come over from my socials, you might be wondering what happened to my eye, what I actually do, or how we can work together

You'll find the answers here

Random Resources

First and foremost, I’m an engineer, so working things out and finding practical solutions is in my nature. Along the way, I’ve created tools, templates and other resources to solve problems I’ve encountered in my own businesses. I’ve brought them together in this library — definitely a mixed bag, but I’m certain these tools will help you too

A little more about Sarah

For over 20 years I've worked in leadership roles across the mining industry, in Australia and overseas - leading teams, delivering complex projects and managing multi-million dollar budgets in high-pressure, high-stakes environments

But the hardest challenge I've faced wasn't in my career

At 26, I went in for what should have been routine eye surgery. It didn't go to plan - and what followed changed how I look and how I think

The injury changed me physically

The choices I made next changed everything

That experience taught me more about resilience, decision-making under pressure and personal responsibility than any leadership course ever could. It's the lens I now bring to the leaders and teams I work with
